Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Place your unused item in its original packaging or a sturdy shipping box, ensuring the bag is not folded or compressed in a way that damages its structure.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our crew inspects the return at our Seattle factory, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
